WE’RE OPEN FROM SEPTEMBER 29
 
The grapes have been hand harvested (three vintages now), the 2014 vintage bottled, the restaurant lovingly created, the menu meticulously assembled. There’s only one thing left to do – put out the WELCOME sign and open the doors.

We could have organised a grand opening with speeches, a marching band and a host of dignitaries decked out in their finest suits and frocks. But that’s really not our style. We’d rather the day be about what really matters – outstanding wine, great food and having a wonderful time with friends.

We can’t wait to see you!

Evoque Reserve 2014: Merlot | Malbec | Cabernet Sauvignon | Cabernet Franc

We’re super proud of this dark ruby, merlot-dominated blend with sweet black cherry, red berries and chocolate, with hints of wild herbs and sweet pipe tobacco. 2014 was a wonderful vintage – an abundance of warm, dry days – our Evoque Reserve beautifully captures deep, complex flavours that the long growing season bestowed on the fruit.

THIRSTY? ALIBI BREWERY’S COMING SOON
 

Whilst in the winery our first three vintages have been gently coming together, we’ve been busy also creating a craft brewery for the ages, using filtered rainwater, triple-jacketed tanks to control fermentation, and our own on-site lab. Coming your way soon – a range of ales, lagers and ciders to satisfy both traditionalists and those with a more adventurous bent (sauvignon blanc beer, anyone?).
